Commvault Professional, Engineer and Solution Architect status achieved.Design, development, implementation, and support of declarative Puppet modules for NetBackup and CommVault including product API interaction to manage client configuration, service status, installation, and upgrade throughout the global estate, significantly reducing administrative overhead and costs, and improving service. Modules developed using a TDD/BDD approach and principles using a Puppet-Rspec, Gherkin and Cucumber framework integrating with DevOps pipelines. Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect status achieved.Design, development, implementation, and support of REST APIs leveraging automation tools such as Ansible and Python scripts to provide Data Protection as a Service within HSBC. These APIs are available within a portal and programmatically to support self-service reporting and actions to reduce administrative overhead and empower the customer community.Design, development, implementation, and support of bulk ETL programs in Python to support scheduled regular capture of global NetBackup and Commvault estate configuration into a Postgres DB.Continued ownership and maintenance of global standards for backup and recovery infrastructure.
