ABOUT GRAEME CRAIG
Director within ATB Financial\'s Alberta Real Estate Group, providing creative senior debt financing structures for real estate development and stabilized asset financing. I am skilled in construction/project finance credit structures, underwriting, financial modelling, leadership, communication, and relationship management. I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with distinction in 2019, and completed my MBA from the U of A in June 2024. I have also passed the CFA Level 1 exam (May 2021) with plans to enroll in the CFA Level 2 exam. I am also a former professional and varsity hockey player with demonstrated leadership, relationship building, and work ethic skills - these were recognized by my peers when I was voted as an assistant captain with the Jacksonville Icemen (ECHL, 2019) and the University of Alberta Golden Bears (USports, 20••••19) and captain of the Saskatoon Blades (WHL, 20••••14).
