ABOUT GRAEME PERCIVAL
I have enjoyed a varied and progressive career of 25 years, most recently, undertaking the role of Head Of Regulatory Authorisations for ICAS. Moreover, I am a Chartered Accountant, who is results-driven and meticulous, and highly competent in providing financial and business advice to help companies excel and meet statutory requirements. Throughout my career I have been passionate about developing colleagues and teams. I offer guidance and support so they can strive to be their best. I am a qualified Clifton Strengths coach and in my spare time get great satisfaction from mentoring ICAS students. In my current role, I hold accountability for ensuring that all regulatory authorisations are processed in line with ICAS Rules and Regulations, and as a member of the Regulatory department’s management team, I work closely with colleagues in Monitoring and Investigations to effectively deal with regulatory issues. I strive to utilise my effective interpersonal attributes to foster good working relationships with colleagues and wide range of external stakeholders.
