ABOUT GRAEME MUNN

Experienced Commercial Manager with a thorough grounding in all aspects of commercial management & quantity surveying. Key skills are financial and risk management, coupled with clear and effective reporting to executive management teams. I undertake risk tracking, reporting and management during the project to mitigate risks wherever possible and with full involvement of stakeholders.I have previously worked on the Battersea Power Station Phase 1 Redevelopment project, a £500m primarily residential scheme in London which is part of a larger 42 acre site being developed by the Employer. I was involved in early project reporting and cashflow management during the first year of the project following onto my later role as Commercial Manager for the Envelope Team. My duties included the procurement and commercial management of the envelope packages to a value in the region of £100m. I have a proven track record of project estimating and procurement enabling projects to be priced effectively and trade subcontracts managed to ensure the entire scope of works is procured at the most efficient market rates.Broad experience of construction projects ranging from refurbishment contracts to new build projects covering heavy civil & industrial installations, large office refurbs, MOD, UKBA, HMRC, & aviation facilities, retail, residential, GovUK Dept offices & educational establishments.
