As a Practitioner Engagement Officer at NCFE, I leverage my 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, and online marketing to deliver high-quality qualifications, accreditation, and T Levels. NCFE is a national awarding organisation that develops and delivers nationally recognised products for the education and skills sector. My core competencies are stakeholder engagement, product validation, customer relationship management (CRM), communication, and online marketing. I build and maintain a network of relevant external stakeholders, such as employers, industry bodies, and educators, to gather industry insight, explore industry drivers, and understand educational and skills demands. I also influence the design and creation of NCFE products and provide validation that highlight their value and relevance. My mission is to enable NCFE to deliver products that meet the needs of learners, employers, and society.
