Heading up the PMO for a major utilities’ client, providing leadership to a team of nine analysts and co-ordinators. Main duties include driving improvements to increase the effectiveness of the PM Delivery team to drive project delivery and revenue. Driving process and business improvements, through mapping current processes and identifying gaps and waste. Along Strategic planning with a view to contract transition to a new account.• Spearheaded the deployment or a new project management system (Site Tracker), moving all projects from a manual spreadsheet driven culture to a one tool.• Site Tracker resulted in the move away from cumbersome monthly reporting to weekly reporting at a portfolio level.• Moved projects from spreadsheets to PMP Tools for real time financial data forecasting and one source of the truth data on project delivery. • Owner of Portfolio Profit and Loss, strategically analysing future risk and opportunities - £33m PnL• Process development & improvements through work instructions, process flow and guides for the new tools.• Trained delivery staff on using the new tools and processes.• Consolidated RAID, Lessons and other individual project trackers to SharePoint for a future move to Site Tracker, allowing tracking across projects & the ability to report and ability to view trend, completing a 360 view of risk.• Implementation of Governance controls at each project lifecycle stage, improving the data quality of project documentation • Developed the approach and controls to change management governance and delivery, including process, tools, methodologies, and systems.• Developed the centre of excellence for PMO and projects• Strategic management to transition the delivery function to a new contract
