Scottish Assault Courses (Dundee) have a purpose-built facility which is one of the largest obstacle courses available in Scotland. The course is physically demanding and strength sapping, making you dig deep to finish with determination, it is also great fun and a fantastic way to get fit quickly and tone your body. The course features obstacles such as tunnels, high walls, monkey bars, water cages, tyre hurdles, rope crossings and includes a section in the Pow Burn. The course finishes with a leap into a ‘refreshing’ splash pool. If you’re a complete novice, don’t worry, SAC Instructors are there to help and take you round, also if you do not want to do certain obstacles, our Instructors will provide alternative challenges to get you to the finish line. The assault course is not just for obstacle course training, it is also perfect for fitness groups, hen/stag parties, team building days, kids parties (the course is suitable for kids +3 yrs olds) or simply just for fun! In addition to the assault course we also have an outdoor airsoft/paintball facility, football zorbs and will shortly be offering bouncy castles for hire.
