Ensuring the service operates as a viable and commercial activity in meeting agreed outturns and delivering excellence in customer experience. As a member of the Customer Service Leadership Team, contribute to leading and delivering on the customer services priorities in the Strategic Plan, and to the development of a values led, high performing, commercially driven culture.
