Since 2017 have set up and built the Treasury and Investments function at the National Trust.Key responsibilities-External Debt Finance: Responsible for raising all Bank and Private Placement debt finance and maintaining strong external debt relationships-Internal Funding:Have set up the infrastructure to assess potential return generating projects in NT properties and if acceptable provide internal loan finance to fund-Investments:Work closely with the Investment Committee to optimize the risk-return trade-off whilst also aiming to ensure the portfolio achieves the ESG standards commensurate with a passionate conservation charity-Cashflow Forecasting.Working closely with the business have driven significant improvement in NT cashflow forecasting-Cash ManagementUsing cash pooling structure ensure day-to-day cash management is optimized.
