ABOUT GRAEME FITZPATRICK
I began my career in joinery at the age of 16 as an apprentice with West Lothian Council, where I developed a strong foundation in the trade. I then moved into the private sector, working on a variety of projects including bank refurbishments, extensions, and general joinery work.Following this, I joined CR Smith, where I spent 10 years honing my skills and gaining extensive experience in both residential and commercial joinery. After that, I returned to working on home extensions, kitchen installations, and a broad range of joinery projects for another three years.I later transitioned into a management role in my current position, moving off the tools and into a leadership capacity where I oversee teams, coordinate projects, and ensure high standards are maintained throughout. To support my transition and growth in this area, I completed a management course through the Open University, further strengthening my skills and understanding in leadership and project management.
