As a Principal Software Engineer at Eagle Eye, I\'m a hands-on leader passionate about building robust, scalable solutions that transform how brands connect with their customers. My work as a Full Stack Engineer, with a specialized focus on the UI team, has been instrumental in the re-architecture of our new dashboard, significantly enhancing both user experience and code quality.My expertise extends to leveraging AI to increase productivity, ensuring our development processes are as innovative as our product. As a Code Owner for UI projects, I guide my team in creating clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Mentorship is a key part of my role; I believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing to elevate the entire team.At Eagle Eye, we enable global retail, travel, and hospitality brands to achieve lasting customer loyalty through personalized, real-time marketing. Our platform, which is AI-powered, API-based, and cloud-native, seamlessly executes over one billion personalized offers weekly for enterprise clients like Loblaws, Tesco, and the Woolworths Group. It\'s incredibly rewarding to know my work contributes to a platform trusted by some of the world\'s largest brands.Outside of work, I have a deep passion for cars and aircraft, finding nothing more relaxing than a scenic drive to the local airport for some plane spotting.
