ABOUT GRAEME CARMICHAEL

I\'ve had the enormous benefit of working in Business Development, Sales and Proposition for leading blue-chip organisations. All of my roles have directly or indirectly been aligned to distribution or the provision of regulated advice, ultimately for the benefit of countless retail clients. Financial advice gives people the reassurance to know their assets are invested in a manner that\'s right for them based on their individual situation, preferences and goals. I am firm believer in the positive role financial advice plays in society and an advocate for making it more accessible and inclusive. I am known for my depth and breadth of industry experience, technical knowledge, creative problem solving, ability to present complex issues in simple terms and my leadership skills. My peers have described me as calmly authoritative, curious, open-minded and an expert leader. Key competencies: leadership, delivering results, managing complexity, risk management, strong communicator and stakeholder engagement (essential to get things done in any highly governed and regulated environment).
