ABOUT GRAEME BROUDER
As the Commercial Director at ESG Group, I lead the strategic sales plan and the commercial function of the organisation, delivering a total glass solution to businesses throughout the UK. With over 20 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, I am passionate about providing the highest levels of service and value to our clients and their organisations, across various sectors and markets.I manage large size / high value, complex projects from initial award to successful delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. Some of the successful contracts I have overseen include Heathrow Airport, Paddington Cross Rail Station, and the new THFC Stadium. I am also a key member of the Board and part of the decision-making team regarding the sales and marketing strategic approach and the tender review process. Additionally, I am pursuing a PhD in Business at Teesside University, after completing an MBA at the University of Essex, to further enhance my knowledge and skills in business administration and management.
