With more than 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, root cause analysis, and regulatory oversight, he also has knowledge of foreign private issuers and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Mr. Peeler’s capabilities cover a variety of industries, including financial institutions, alternative investments, and private equity.Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Peeler was a partner at Marcum LLP, which was acquired by CBIZ in November 2024. Before that, he worked at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), one of the “Big 4” public accounting firms, a Fortune 500 bank, and a regional consulting firm. Mr. Peeler is a graduate of Cedarville University in Ohio where he received his BA in Accounting.
