Accountable for the growth, retention, and customer success of the Atrium Health Employer Solutions book of business. • Develop partnerships with executive leadership and key decision-makers for local, regional, and national employers to improve employee healthcare access, value, and outcomes. • Responsible for writing proposals and developing new employer partners within the Atrium Health Greater Charlotte Market. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from employer medical claims to identify opportunities and build customized solutions to improve the employee population\'s health and contain the employer\'s healthcare cost. • Work with internal stakeholders to align Southeast Atrium Health enterprise processes. • Use complex problem-solving skills and provide leadership support to ensure the success of Atrium Health Employer Solutions consumers. • Implement process change to meet the goals of the employer partner and internal Atrium Health Employer Solutions Department.
