ABOUT GRACIELE BAVUTTI ASSOC

I am an experienced Graduate Program Manager & Apprentice Coach with a focus on managing large Learning & Development events and program/ apprentice management. With a strong work ethic and results-oriented style, I have the passion and drive to accomplish goals by transferring ideas into reality.I work with a number of big companies in the City of London liaising with business stakeholders to support the professional development of their graduates. I have a successful record of coaching and motivating professionals to develop soft skills, complete their professional qualifications and advance their careers.I am naturally inclined to listen actively, provide support and accurate feedback to raise one\'s awareness of their strengths and core abilities. I am a solution-focused coach who believes strongly in the potential of individuals to overcome obstacles, achieve challenging goals and enjoy the process. I am commercially aware and competent in managing relationships with Senior stakeholders. I am passionate about coaching, training and motivating individuals to reach their full potential.I thrive on the high pace environment of delivering multiple events, side by side and pride myself on my organization and ability to prioritize. I have broad experience across a variety of learning projects to increase the graduates\' and apprentices experience, performance and development whilst on the scheme. My skills include Apprenticeship, School Leaver and Graduate programmes design and leading Coaching Skills & Development training I look forward to collaborating with my knowledge and skills in future roles.
