My education as a Civil Engineer and the various international missions in cross-functional support gave me a good knowledge of organizations and a solid experience in project management. But the common thread of my journey remains the quality of the relationships that I am able to generate with myself and others. I feel my mission as creating the conditions to make each person being illuminated I believe that being human is an art and living bravely is one of the best ways to master it. I am Senior Project Manager and Coach working for SLB with international exposure and 31 years experience in the energy industry. My thirst to learn and my energy have led me to work for oil operators and services companies along my way. I contributed with passion and dedication carrying out different engineering and managing positions. My greatest strength is my coaching leadership to facilitate transformational journeys. Starting from my own transformation, I am now facilitating cultural changes in companies that feel ready to start the journey.
