Hello! I hold a B.S. in Animal Science from UC Davis and I recently obtained my Masters at UC Berkeley in Development Practice at the Goldman School of Public Policy. What personally drives my work is my passion for combating racial and social inequalities through community driven work and research to cultivate an enriching environment where everyone flourishes. My Interests Include:Latinx Migration and Labor, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, Immigration, Racial Inequality, Poverty & Inequality, Environmental Justice, Community Development, Public Policy, and Food Justice

1. Labor Organizer

   As an Organizer, I work directly with workers to build leadership, strengthen collective power, and advance workplace justice. My responsibilities include-Identifying and developing worker leaders through one-on-one conversations, house visits, and worksite meetings-Organizing workers around key issues, coordinating actions and demonstrations, and supporting negotiations and contract campaigns-Facilitating trainings, mobilizing members for actions, and delegating responsibilities to strengthen worker participation-Conducting corporate research, supporting legal and regulatory campaigns, and assisting with investigations and filings-Representing the union in community and political spaces, helping to build broader coalitions and turnout for events.
