About Gracie Vandahlen

At Talkspace, leadership and innovation in network operations have been my focus for 5+ years, strengthening my expertise in project management and operational excellence. Our team has advanced the mission of delivering accessible mental health services, leveraging interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities to enhance client support systems. I am currently the Associate Director of Network Operations at Talkspace, but have served in many roles in the clinical and operational space. With a commitment to impacting communities, my role encompasses both one-on-one client interaction and broad-scale initiatives aimed at improving behavioral healthcare. The drive to foster positive change is ingrained in my professional endeavors, as I collaborate with colleagues to expand Talkspace\'s reach and efficacy in the mental health counseling field. Within the last year, I have lead the charge on new expansions and initiatives into uncharted spaces. I am mission driven and motivated by impacting communities in need. I enjoy working with clients in a one to one environment, while I also enjoy working to effect positive change in the world on a broader scale. I graduate Cum Laude from University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2018 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University with a Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling in 2021.
