I serve as the Senior Director of the CHRO Office at Life.Church, working alongside our Chief Human Resources Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership for the group—ensuring that our teams are equipped, our processes are strong, and our leaders are supported to lead well.My time in HR and Recruitment shaped a deep passion for people and a strong conviction that operational excellence is a form of care—it’s how we serve others with diligence, clarity, and love. Now, I get to bring that same heart into this new season, helping strengthen the systems that support our staff and leaders so they can focus on what matters most: ministry and people. I get to partner with incredible leaders to ensure our systems, structures, and teams operate with excellence and clarity—all in pursuit of helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ.From strategic planning and group alignment to leadership development and day-to-day operations, I ensure that our leaders are well-resourced and our teams are thriving. My goal is to help bridge the gap between vision and execution, creating sustainable rhythms that support the ministry and the people we’re called to serve.Beyond the job titles, I’m a wife, a mom of two little ones, and a firm believer that your work can be filled with an abundance of purpose. I deeply believe that strong leadership begins at home and flows into every area of our lives. When I’m not leading meetings or creating structure, you’ll find me chasing toddlers, baking sourdough, or sitting by the fire with a honey latte and a good book.I’m learning to live in the rhythm of motherhood and ministry, leadership and surrender, doing and being.
