AgeWell Middle TN serves as a trusted resource and we advance solutions for the critical needs of older adults and family caregivers. We are passionate about reframing aging and addressing unmet needs by being a trusted community resource, a convener and catalyst for solutions and an advocate for older adults and family caregivers. We convene & lead collective advocacy through the TN Coalition for Better Aging.AgeWell offers a free Helpline along with the comprehensive Directory of Services for older adults, caregivers and professionals in Middle TN, and several helpful guidebooks for family caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren. We also offer Eldercare Coach - a turnkey solution for family caregivers, employers and organizations.Other solutions that we\'ve helped incubate and launch include Senior Ride Nashville, the Living at Home program (Catholic Charities and FiftyForward), and the Senior Solutions helpline (GNRC Area Agency on Aging). We’re currently partnering with United Way, FiftyForward, NeedLink Nashville & TN Justice Center offering a financial empowerment collaborative for older Nashvillians, including financial counseling, benefit enrollment assistance & referrals for supplemental income opportunities. Together, we’re working to ensure we can all age well.
