As a Service Executive - Application & Scientific Support, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of reagents, rapid test kits, and instruments at customer sites, while delivering exceptional service standards. My key responsibilities include- Addressing and resolving customer site issues related to reagents, rapid test kits, and instruments- Monitoring daily call pendency to ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT)- Ensuring 100% closure of Preventive Maintenance (PM) calls on a monthly basis- Coordinating the arrangement of pending spares to ensure timely field call closures- Conducting validation of instruments and reagents, including Alpha and Beta testing, in collaboration with team leaders- Managing and controlling service outstanding to maintain operational efficiency- Monitoring and achieving Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) targets- Completing documentation and spares reconciliation on a monthly basis- Adhering to time-sensitive activities and delivering solutions as per operational needs.This role enables me to contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of service operations.
