I am a business operations professional with a strong analytical background leveraging that experience to help organizations be better - whether that is defined as organizational growth, improving profit margins or both. I am a critical and analytical thinker who partners with internal stakeholders to develop strategy, execute on deliverables and drive process improvement. In addition to analytics, one of my key strengths is my compassion and passion for people. My story. I spent my early years in Finance at a large corporation, then in Marketing Analytics data mining and analyzing information to help build strategies. From there I moved into Marketing Research, conducting primary and secondary research to build strategies. I then moved to a small company (less then 150 employees) where I was able to wear many hats in various roles from project management, staffing/resource manager and business operations manager. In all my roles, I have maintained a focus on balancing customer needs with organizational success which has been the foundation to my accomplishments. I thrive on building collaborative relationships and creating solid operational processes, utilizing a pragmatic approach and extensive experience interacting effectively at all levels within a company.
