ABOUT GRACE RAGLAND

I’m a highly motivated recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. I’m seeking an entry-level position where I can apply my strong communication skills, creative thinking, and passion for people-centered work to contribute to impactful campaigns and meaningful business outcomes. My academic journey and hands-on experiences have helped me develop a unique blend of strategic thinking and interpersonal insight. I’ve gained valuable exposure in both clinical and business environments, shadowing physicians and working with a medical device distributorship, where I became familiar with neuromodulation devices, spinal injections, and other procedures. These experiences strengthened my ability to work in high-stakes, collaborative settings and sparked a deeper interest in bridging the gap between healthcare, marketing, and innovation. Outside of clinical exposure, I’ve held leadership roles as President, Vice President, and Fundraising Chair of the UCF Rowing Club. These positions developed my strengths in team collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational leadership. I’m also proficient in Microsoft applications and Canva, with experience leveraging data and design to support marketing strategies and drive business growth. With certifications in Human Subjects Research and as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I bring a well-rounded perspective that merges analytical thinking, creativity, and a passion for helping others. I’m excited to explore opportunities in marketing, sales, healthcare, or other people-focused industries where I can grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact. Let’s connect!
