I am continuing and improving the work I have already implemented in 16 months as Communications Coordinator at Kent Music. • Since starting the management role I have designed, tested and implemented a full rebranding campaign announcing the relaunch of local Music Centres across the county in the new academic year. • I have been collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a streamlined and professional approach to building engagement numbers with students • I have pushed forward the development of my communications strategy, launching three service-user surveys (parents/guardians of students, students and teachers) with the collaboration of The Audience Agency.
