Acquired GE Plastics (below) in 2007. Partner with clients (Corporate Technology & Innovation, Americas Region, Global Specialty Plastics Division) and Corporate IT to develop and implement corporate IT strategy and business-specific digital strategies. Report to Director, Americas Shared Services. • Collaborated with Technology & Innovation on solutions critical to gaining and sustaining competitive advantage. Topics/projects included big data acquisition, management, security, analysis, product development, process improvements, and more. • Partnered with business leaders to identify strategic, high-ROI opportunities for new/ upgraded IT infrastructure/applications. Successfully advocated for resources in short and longer-term Corporate IT strategies and plans. • Played key role in ensuring success of SABIC’s largest SAP implementation (Americas). Managed teams that prepared and tested data from 300+ legacy systems for transfer to SAP. Led development of post-go-live support function. Met all deliverables for go-live date.
