Develop and maintain policies, standards and procedures related to security and privacy. Coordinate and participate in activities related to ISO 27001, 27701, 27017 certifications and SOC audits. Implement and maintain the firm’s privacy program using TrustArc for data mapping and inventorying. Initiate and complete assessment such as DPIA/PIA, DTRAs and respond to DSARs/complaints. Management and maintenance of Firm’s vendor/third-party risk management using Prevalent platform. Respond to client security questionnaires and other security and privacy status requests. Knowledge of applicable US sectoral and state privacy laws (GLBA, HIPAA/HITECH, and CCPA/CPRA). Assist global privacy officer and Data Protection Officer GDPR compliance for international office locations. Design and deliver privacy training for international and US office locations (eight jurisdictions). Work with cross functional teams (business unit/groups) and external parties in relation to audits and supplier management.
