Grace De La Rosa is the CEO and Founder of Living with Grace, LLC located in Jacksonville, FL recently relocated to Seattle, WA. She creates and provides Holistic Wellness programs and modalities to improve and optimize people’s health, healing and well-being through the body, mind and soul connection. Grace provides Holistic Wellness Consultations and Education through one-on-one and group sessions, speaking events, podcasts, workshops, seminars, retreats, breakout sessions and panel discussions; Mindfulness and Guided Meditation teachings and Medical Intuitive analysis. Grace also creates, organizes, leads and facilitates support groups and provides spiritual advising and development to help individuals navigate through their spiritual transformation, well-received from clients around the world.Grace’s advocacy extends beyond individual care, engaging in Executive briefings with state representatives to enhance community wellness through systems of care for Recovery from mental health, substance use, alcoholism, other addictions and trauma. She also creates and develops customized programs for organizations big and small. As a survivor, thriver and expert by experience of Stage 3(c) colon cancer and other major life challenges to include childhood trauma, molestation, rape, domestic violence (narcissistic abuse), suicide and PTSD, Grace is an active steward in her community and a strong advocate for education; holistic wellness, alternative and integrative options; mental health; non-violence; and local, state, national and global systemic transformations-from education, technology, healthcare and politics to big business, social services, religion and justice.
