   I lead Marketing, Events, Sales, and Volunteer programs at With Grace, driving visibility, growth, and trusted community relationships. As Head of Marketing & Community Relations, I’ve elevated our digital presence through content, campaigns, Google reviews (5 stars), and partnerships with media and film crews—growing our email list and strengthening brand trust.As Event Director, I’ve designed and executed 40+ annual community events, in-services, and wellness fairs, including our first grief support series and high-visibility collaborations with ALZ Association, KLOVE, and local care homes. These initiatives build connection while showcasing With Grace as a trusted partner.In Sales & Partnerships, I’ve led strategy, recruited and trained marketers, and developed playbooks to measure progress—resulting in our team hitting our goals, onboarding new staff, and forming new and loyal partnerships across healthcare networks and senior care facilities.As Volunteer Program Manager, I recruit, train, and retain volunteers, ensuring compliance and positive experiences across multiple facilities. I also coordinate appreciation initiatives to strengthen loyalty and engagement.Key accomplishments include expanding into new markets, hosting 40+ events annually, planning, leading and executing global and local humanitarian aid, launching grief support programs, and aligning the team around a shared mission statement.
