ABOUT GRACE DAFOE
How exactly did a mediocre figure skater end up as a Canadian Skeleton Athlete? While not exactly the most conventional route, there is quite the story to tell. Grace has now represented Canada in the sport of skeleton since 2014, and made her World Cup Debut in January of 2024. She has raced in over 70 international races, and has won 2 North American Cup Gold Medals. Off the ice, Grace is a community leader, lending her voice to causes like KidSport Calgary & Fast & Female, inspiring the next generation to be healthy & pursue sport. She also balances her community work, and athletic endeavours with her full-time work at the Non-Profit Classroom Champions. Away from it all, Grace resides in Calgary with her Husband & dog, and is often in search of the perfect cup of coffee, wherever she is.
