Hi, I’m Grace. I’m a Senior Vice President at PANBlast, where I lead client relations and work with our leadership team to make sense of (and act on!) a fast-changing media landscape.I help set the bar for how we build campaigns that drive real outcomes, using agency-wide data to inform best practices across earned media, executive visibility and strategic comms. I also lead the agency’s “Thought Leadership Center of Excellence,\" helping our teams develop long- and short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn and Medium to grow exec influence beyond traditional media.I’m passionate about developing people and growing teams. I support more than 40 PR professionals through training, mentorship and career development. and spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve structure, workload and client service. I also lead our pro bono efforts, supporting minority-owned organizations with PR programs that have landed coverage in TechCrunch, Forbes, Cheddar and more.I try to contribute regularly to conversations about the future of PR, media relations and communications. I write for PR Daily when I can find the time and post other musings here on LinkedIn.When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hiking in an Indiana state park or working on my 100-year-old Indy bungalow.Say hello!

BLASTmedia is now PANBlast.With more than a decade leading comms for B2B tech brands, Grace oversees client relations, working with account teams and client partners to build impactful public relations programs. Using data on open rates, placements, and OKR completion, she also leads PANBlast in developing best practices and training to ensure successful campaigns. Grace leads PANBlast’s pro bono efforts, supporting minority-owned organizations, and is a member of the agency’s DEIB committee. She’s big on live music and enjoys hiking through Indiana’s state parks and working on her 100-year-old bungalow in Indy.
