Datel is the leading Sage Business Partner in the UK, providing Sage consultancy, implementation and support for Sage Intacct, Sage 200, Sage Sage X3 and Sage CRM. We know that our partner solutions are of vital importance when supporting our customers in achieving their goals and so we like to ensure that our partners share the same values and the same drive to deliver successful and long term solutions! As Commercial Product Manager, I work alongside the various teams within Datel to understand customer requirements and complete market research to aid in the adoption of new partners, partner products or in the development of new Datel Fusion products. When onboarding a new partner, or adopting a new product, I manage the full review and onboarding process ensuring that all relevant information is captured and thorough due diligence is complete. This involves working alongside our technical teams when exploring and capturing product functionality, formalising contractual partner engagement terms and coordinating enablement for our sales, presales, services and support teams. I am also the point of contact for ongoing partner engagement. Upon the release of functional and legislative changes, I work alongside our technical teams to determine the impact to customers. I then summarise and relay this information internally and work with our Marketing team to schedule customer communications where relevant. Where we develop a product internally, I work closely with our R&D, Marketing and Presales teams during development and when creating a go to market and enablement strategy.
