   In my current role, I am leading end-to-end operations associated with strategic/tactical planning, management, and allocation of both technology and people resources to confirm large-scale projects completion within set time and budgetary limitations. I am managing activities involved in development and setting of project scope/directions. I am directing creation of migration roadmap for multiple operational project deliverables across organization, involving SOPs, best industry practices, and technology adoption.
