Serve as a member of the Volunteer National Director\'s Network- Know the appropriate manner in which the Fraternity\'s ceremonies should be performed and the equipment required for those ceremonies- Review, assess and recommend any revisions to Fraternity ceremonies in order to meet the needs of our members and provide the ongoing and outward celebration of our values- Plan and coordinate programs and accompanying materials for college chapters, alumnae associations, and national meetings. These programs and materials should be related to the Fraternity\'s Ritual (philosophy, ceremonies, equipment, etc.) and the Fraternity\'s heritage- Plan and implement Ritual training for the Educational Leadership Consultants and Leadership Coaches- Work with the Fraternity\'s National Archivist on special displays, memorials, and events that encompass the Fraternity\'s heritage.
