I lead a team of technical experts to address environmental, social, and corporate responsibility challenges and opportunities.I am passionate about creating positive and long-term impacts for the environment and the communities where we operate, leveraging my expertise in environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), stakeholder engagement, gender mainstreaming, indigenous peoples, EHS regulatory affairs, and global climate change. I have successfully conducted and reviewed ESIAs in Europe, South America, Canada, and West Africa, and trained staff and local partners on EHS and corporate responsibility standards and practices.
