I oversee the environmental and social aspects of mining and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices, such as IFC PS, Equator Principles, ICMM Guidelines, ISO 14001 and CSRD implementation. I lead a team of technical experts to address environmental, social, and corporate responsibility challenges and opportunities.I am passionate about creating positive and long-term impacts for the environment and the communities where we operate, leveraging my expertise in environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), stakeholder engagement, gender mainstreaming, indigenous peoples, EHS regulatory affairs, and global climate change.
