As Ponderosa\'s Social and Influencer Lead, I work closely with senior stakeholders to help brands connect with audiences in a way that feels meaningful and commercially effective.My role sits across strategy, creative and performance, so I help teams deliver strong, platform-first social content and influencer campaigns, while making sure the work genuinely delivers value for clients and the business.A big part of what I enjoy is building and developing teams. I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel confident in their ideas, are supported to grow, and are able to produce their best work.Day to day, I focus on shaping social and influencer strategies across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, building creator partnerships that feel authentic to both brand and audience, and using performance insight to continually refine and improve what we do.I’m particularly interested in how social and influencer marketing can evolve beyond short-term impact to build stronger brand storytelling, deeper audience trust and long-term growth.
