Researching the heterogeneity of natural killer cells, their communication with tumors, and potentially other immune cells (B/T cells) and predict the behaviors of new/engineered natural killer cells. By identifying certain clusters of biomarkers through GeoMx and ACD RNAscope technology, we will be able to profile immune markers in patient samples, with potential prognostic potential for clinical decision-making.

ABOUT GRACE SUN
I am a second-year at Wellesley College double majoring in Biochemistry and Economics on the pre-med track. Healthcare and medicine have always been areas I\'ve passionately pursued, and I plan to use my skills in both research and patient care to help improve the quality of life and treatment of patients recovering from chronic illnesses. I have extensive, multifaceted experience in research, from translational benchwork at the MIT Koch Institute to clinical cancer immunotherapy at UC San Diego, as well as health economics work with the Boston Public Health Commission and the Harvard Kennedy School. I aspire to enter the medical field as a physician, with an interest in oncology. At Wellesley, I am very involved in community service, women\'s golf, and music.
