ABOUT GRACE SIMONELLI-GALLO

As Director Of Special Projects I manage and oversee a team responsible for specialized projects by providing team with clear expectations, training, and support. Research, document, and provide in-depth analysis of proposed initiatives to solve complex problems. I prefer to think of myself as a leader rather than a Director. Leading by example has always been my style. Teamwork, humor, good habits and attitude in fragile situations really makes the difference. In times of adversity my favorite expression is \"It Always Seems Impossible Until Its Done. My team laughs, and totally agrees with me. It is proven over and over, coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a progress, and working together is success My position requires over seeing 30 employees in day to day situations. Patient satisfaction, equipment issues, computer system maintenance. Forming a rapport with outside referring offices is a big part of my position, as well as my forte. I also oversee \"Special Project\" and building management. Opening additional sites for new Physicians as well as Perinatal Satellite offices, dealing with negotiations in many aspects of operations are very rewarding. Of all my responsibilities patient satisfaction is my favorite. A patient might forget what we say, but will never forget how you made them feel.
