Grace Roberts Burbank is the Managing Director of Salons at TheNewClimate, Inc, where she leads invitation-only convenings for the world’s largest asset owners, bridging institutional capital with high-impact climate solutions.​ A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Grace brings a deep understanding of climate, finance, and innovation from both the nonprofit and startup worlds. She spearheaded strategic communications and large-scale events at Plant Futures Initiative, supported sustainable consumer brands in business development, and even worked on a Dutch seaweed farm—gaining firsthand experience in regenerative systems. Her research as a Rockefeller Fellow in Sardinia’s Blue Zone explored resilience and longevity, principles that now guide her work in scaling institutional investment for a sustainable future. Grace also serves on the committee for the Greg Steltenpohl Pragmatic Visionary Award and as a nominator for The EarthShot Prize.
