ABOUT GRACE RAMSEY

I received my Juris Doctorate and Master of Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in May 2024, and I obtained my California State Bar License in December 2024. I am dedicated to becoming an excellent attorney who can use my dispute resolution skills to resolve client conflicts within and outside of litigation. I currently practice Employment Law, assisting clients in cases involving disability, racial, pregnancy, gender, and sexual orientation discrimination, defamation, and wage and hour issues.I previously served as Pepperdine Esports General Manager at Pepperdine University, Department of Campus Recreation. As a founding Pepperdine Esports staff member, I helped the program grow from offering two game titles to four, secured funding for a high-quality streaming setup, and facilitated an environment that allowed us to be West Coast Conference champions in Fall 2019 and Spring 2020. Throughout the pandemic, I continued my work with Pepperdine Esports, and the program flourished despite Pepperdine University going completely online. I also helped develop our Beyond the Game mentorship pilot program which seeks to use esports and gaming as an avenue to prepare high school students for college and their careers beyond.
