ABOUT GRACE POCOCK
I am the Head of User Research at Methods. Here I oversee a team of excellent user researchers and a range of research projects across public sector services. I am also a PhD Researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London. My research focuses on what children can learn from ‘educational’ apps and what features makes these apps educational (or not!). I use a range of methods to test this, from stringent quantitative experiments to qualitative observations and back-end app analytics.
