As an integrated marketing intern, I increased our CTR on our email campaigns & social media platforms by providing strong & specific calls to action. I led my Kroger e-commerce team to success in the backroom by maintaining at 98% or above fulfillment rate, keeping pick speeds 30 seconds per item or less & upholding outstanding customer service skills. As a pilot operations specialist, I have implemented various new initiatives in our Kroger locations to increase usage, gather extremely compelling & valuable data & improve customer perception of our product.
