About Grace Manley

Hi, I’m Grace a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University, double majoring in Strategic Advertising and Public Relations, graduating in Spring 2026. I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling and connection, whether that’s through planning a memorable event or crafting a message that truly resonates. As a Wedding and Events Intern, now a Planning Assistant, at Carson Ashby Events, I learned how to turn creative ideas into seamless experiences, from initial planning to the final celebration. I discovered how much I love the fast-paced, people-centered nature of event work and the behind-the-scenes teamwork that makes it all come together. Previously, as the Marketing and Communications Intern for VCU’s College of Health Professionals, I was able to share impactful stories that highlight students, faculty, and community initiatives. I created digital content, managed social media campaigns, and helped strengthen the college’s online presence.I’m excited to keep growing in spaces that merge creativity, strategy, and connection, whether that’s in public relations, marketing, or event planning after graduation.
