Successfully onboard and manage supply chain operations for Apple, HP, Tesla, Zebra, Facebook, and Microsoft including supply chain plan, supply chain design, quality control, warehouse & transportation management, daily analysis, payment audit, Customs, and FTZ compliance management. All these customers brought Apex to a brand new level of business professionalism and ranking in the industry • Design, develop and execute air import self-designed operation system across the whole US, total of seven branches with standard operation procedure and evaluation system. This new system ensures the success of our global key accounts’ management, data integration, system reports, automatic alerts, and consistent process control • Plan and implement new global charge code metrics in both US and Europe regions coordinating with operations, accounting, finance, and IT teams. Both EU and US have more than 97% accuracy in using the new charge code in daily operation • Lead the design and implementation of a trucking fleet management system with Google Map real-time cargo tracking and alert • Manage North American operations including regional operation procedures, optimize the process, and provide solutions for conflicts • Improve internal operation workflow with KPI standards. Create system metrics to improve operational efficiency and reduce deviation in service • Provide extensive supply chain knowledge and subject matter expertise to innovate and integrate multiple areas of Apex product offerings and expand customer options • Work with the marketing team on S.E.G.(Society and Environmental Governance) projects on business sustainability
