Grace has extensive experience of developing and driving change programmes to improve public services. She brings top tier consulting experience, extensive local government experience and a passion for work which has a tangible positive impact on society. Grace is currently leading the Adults commissioning service and the cross-council transformation programme for commissioning. Grace works across the council with services such as Children’s, Housing and Public Health to strategically identify opportunities for joint commissioning.Grace previously led the Adult Services programme which helped deliver better outcomes for people accessing support whilst delivering a multi-million-pound savings programme each year. The programme involved transformation across a breadth of areas including commissioning, case management systems, technology enabled care, and the use of Artificial Intelligence and data & insights. Grace has a strong track record of end-to-end delivery; ensuring that benefits and outcomes are realised. Grace is experienced in delivering changes which are sustainable beyond the lifetime of individual projects and programmes.Grace has a first class honours Law degree (LLB) from Cardiff University and was awarded the Cardiff Law School prize for best student in the final year examinations.
