About Grace Kringle
I’m currently part of GE Healthcare’s Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where I rotate through key functions—a supply chain planning role, a technical problem-solving role, and a people leading role—to build a foundation in end‑to‑end healthcare operations. With a background in biomolecular engineering, I bring a technical lens to chemical processing and lean manufacturing, ensuring that complex processes run smoothly, safely, and cost‑efficiently. My core strengths lie at the intersection of science and systems: designing and optimizing chemical processes, leading cross‑functional teams, and applying data‑driven continuous‑improvement methodologies. I’m passionate about leveraging engineering and operations excellence to drive meaningful improvements in patient care. I possess both laboratory and industry experience and in the future I hope to continue to expand my impact in the healthcare industry. Please contact me at g••••••••@outlook.com
