About Grace León
A counselor who is passionately committed to supporting those with chronic pain/illnesses, trauma anxiety and depression. I draw on approaches of ACT and EMDR modalities depending on the unique needs of each individual. Overall, my foundation is based in a person centered approach where I aim to provide a warm and supportive space for healing. I enjoy working alongside other healthcare professionals in the integrated setting at Mountain Park as well as through coordination of care in my private practice at Graceful Counseling. I am excited to be offering both individual and group counseling services at this time! For professionals perusing licensure, I am a Arizona Board Approved Supervisor and happy to help you work towards that milestone.
