About Grace Keers
In 2016, my younger brother was diagnosed with advanced chronic kidney disease. I found myself immersed in the world of chronic disease management and organ transplant. Within 6 months, I was approved as a living donor, and he was transplanted. Since then, I have made it my personal mission to help people with chronic diseases live life to the fullest. I have 5+ years of chronic disease product and marketing experience selling, implementing, and managing customers ranging from the largest health plan in the US to smaller local payers. I was promoted to lead a nation-wide expansion of a large customer and co-lead aspects of building a value-based care nephrology network which I consider my biggest professional accomplishments thus far.
