About Grace Hurt
I am a business graduate of Rollins College and recently earned my MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business. I currently work full-time with NES Fircroft as an account executive, where I am building experience in the global staffing space.Alongside my new role, I have worked as a tennis coach, which has allowed me to develop strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills. I also founded my own tennis training program, where I discovered a passion for helping others and expanding access to youth sports.I am passionate about lifelong learning and consistently seek experiences outside my comfort zone-whether through solo travel, pursuing new certifications, or building new initiatives. I aim to continue growing as a professional by taking on new challenges, developing meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities that help others succeed along the way.

I assist both young and adult students in developing and improving various tennis skills. I assess students\' skills to determine areas in need of improvement, and coordinate and conduct lessons based on those assessments. I develop suitable training programs for students based on their age, objectives, and individual skillsets.A highlight of this role is serving as the tournament desk for the annual high school state tennis tournament. In this capacity, I manage coach and player communications, maintain draws and scores, and conduct trophy ceremonies. It’s incredibly rewarding to help deliver a smooth, enjoyable tournament experience for both players and coaches.
