ABOUT GRACE HOLTOM
I work on a variety of clients helping DB pension trustees deliver the best outcomes for their members. I am also Lloyds 3 project lead which involves developing our firmwide solution for addressing GMP equalisation for historic pension scheme members and helping consultants deliver this project.As well as consulting and development work I am privileged to be one of a group of line managers looking after our South West actuarial team. Being able to pass on my knowledge and mentoring others to achieve their full potential is a very rewarding part of my role.I am lucky to be part of an amazing team and have really enjoyed my career so far at BW.We are always looking for more talented individuals to grow our team so please get in touch if you would like to find out more about the opportunities we have available.
